This Privacy Policy explains how Scandivoa AB ("we", "us", "our") collects, processes and protects personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2016/679) and Swedish supplementary legislation (2018:218).
1. Data Controller
Scandivoa AB, company registration number 559234-5678, registered at Kungsgatan 12, 111 43 Stockholm, is the controller of your personal data. You can reach our Data Protection Officer at dpo@scandivoa.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect your name, email address, IP address, device information and usage data from this website. If you subscribe to our newsletter we store your name and email until you unsubscribe.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to deliver the service, to send the newsletter (consent, art. 6.1.a GDPR), to fulfil legal obligations under the Swedish Accounting Act (1999:1078) and for the legitimate interest of improving the platform.
4. Retention
Personal data is retained as long as there is an active customer relationship and no longer than 36 months after the last interaction. Accounting records are kept for seven years in accordance with Swedish law.
5. Your rights
You have the right to request a register extract, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing. Complaints can be submitted to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA. Sub-processors are located within the EEA and are bound by data processing agreements under art. 28 GDPR.
7. Security
We protect your data with TLS encryption, access restrictions, regular security audits and two-factor authentication for staff.
